We’re Here To Help
Receive care at our Martinez clinic, in your home, or in an assisted living, independent living or other residential community. Because our mobile services are outpatient therapy, you do not have to be homebound. We can also begin therapy at home and transition into the clinic as your needs and goals change
About Us
Your Aging Therapist began in 2021 with a simple belief: therapy should fit into real life. We started by bringing personalized therapy directly to older adults in their homes and communities throughout the CSRA. As our community’s needs grew, so did our team, our services and our vision.
Today, we are proud to offer physical, occupational and speech therapy both at our Martinez clinic and through our mobile outpatient services. This growth allows us to serve adults of all ages—from those recovering after an injury, surgery or hospitalization to individuals managing neurological conditions, swallowing difficulties, balance changes or challenges with everyday activities.
Although we continue to grow, our approach remains personal. We take the time to understand what matters most to each person and family, then build therapy around their goals, environment and daily life. Whether care happens at your place or ours, our goal is to help every person move forward with greater safety, confidence and independence
Mobile Therapy for Eligible Nuclear Workers
We provide mobile physical, occupational and speech therapy for eligible nuclear workers with a U.S. Department of Labor White Card. Services are individualized and provided according to each person’s accepted conditions and authorized plan of care.
