How Are We Different?
We are not a home health agency. We are an extension of the care process beyond home health.
We provide outpatient therapy for those who cannot or do not want to go to a clinic. We save the patient time and stress of having to get to a session by providing mobile therapy in your home or living facility.

Home bound requirements are NOT needed for our therapy. We provide services in homes, in assisted living facilities (ALF), Independent Living Facilities (ILF), and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).

With our team, you will receive the benefits of on site therapy with built in family education and training for effectiveness. Our services provide continuity of treating therapist to build relationships and comfort for you and your loved ones.
