Insurance Plan of Care

When skilled physical, occupational or speech therapy is medically necessary, your therapist will complete a comprehensive evaluation and develop an individualized plan of care based on your needs and goals.

Your Aging Therapist accepts Traditional Medicare Part B. For other insurance plans, we can check whether out-of-network benefits may apply.

Before beginning care, our team will review available benefits and explain expected deductibles, copayments or coinsurance.

Coverage, visit limits, referrals and authorization requirements vary by plan and are not guaranteed until verified.

When required, we will coordinate with your healthcare provider to obtain the appropriate referral, authorization or plan-of-care certification.

At Your Aging Therapist, we understand the importance of receiving the right care tailored to your specific needs. That’s why our Insurance Plan of Care is designed with your well-being in mind. After a thorough evaluation, our experienced therapists develop a personalized care plan that addresses your unique health challenges and goals. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from an injury, or working on maintaining your independence, we’re here to ensure you receive the most effective and compassionate care possible.

We also take the stress out of navigating insurance. Our team will handle the coordination and billing with Medicare Part B or other insurance plans, so you can focus on your health without worrying about the paperwork. We’ll work closely with your healthcare providers to ensure that all aspects of your care are covered and aligned with your overall health goals. With Your Aging Therapist, you can have peace of mind knowing that your care plan is not only tailored to your needs but also supported by your insurance coverage.
