This evaluation is a total or partial home walk through room to room in which we take detailed measurements and photos; All photos, measurements and recommendations are compiled into a detailed report that includes any links for direct product purchase and emailed/printed for patient/representative. Access to a licensed contractor as needed. Report Powered by Home For Life Design (TM).
